The Redefining Me: A Path to Identity and Empowerment After TBI is a unique Coaching Program that helps People who have sustained a TBI, their Caregivers, and their family and friends get comfortable in this new brain in 90 days - without feeling they have to go it alone, being overwhelmed with cognitive challenges, or feeling they are at the whim of uncontrolled emotions - so they can take control of their lives 

Phase 1: Self-Discovery

  • This phase focuses on participants exploring their pre- and post-TBI selves, recognizing emotional and cognitive changes, and beginning to redefine their identity in light of their current circumstances.

Phase 2: Skill Building

  • In this phase, participants develop key skills including communication, problem-solving, and adaptability, crucial for navigating daily life and improving interactions with others post-TBI.

Phase 3: Integration and Goal Setting 

  • This final phase encourages the practical application of new skills and self-concepts into social, professional, and personal contexts, and supports participants in setting realistic, future-oriented goals aligned with their redefined identity.
